Cold Storage Facilities It has an installed capacity of 167 tons/month, distributed in 4 storage cellars for fishery products, at a temperature of -20°C. Additionally, it has 2 processing rooms with an annual production capacity of 2000 tons and a freezing tunnel with a capacity for 1.5 tons per day.
Ice Production Plant
Ice Production Plant Produces high-quality industrial ice panels for use by its own and third-party vessels, wine cellars and social programs (Caravanas de la Sardina). It has a capacity of 1,300 tons/month, which can be distributed directly to industrial fishing vessels from the Pescalba dock.
